Tasting notes
Slight hints of honey and fruit, possibly apple. Peat and West Coast malt smoke are detectable, but not overly so. The palate has a sweet entry followed by smoky oak and lots of vanilla. The finish is long and creamy, dominated by lingering sweet and spicy notes.
Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif or digestive. Can be served with good ham or smoked salmon.
